Just beginning your fitness journey? We have a fundamentals class to teach you the basics and help you with your technique in a safe and low key environment.

Adult Classes

We offer 5-6 classes a day Monday through Friday and one on Saturday. Our classes are focused on community, confidence, building strength for your everyday life safely, and pushing your limits with daily workouts and high intensity workouts.
